Choose the right location

Place cameras, sensors, locks, and leak detectors where they can monitor the right entry points or risk areas without violating privacy rules.

Check Wi-Fi before mounting

Most smart security products need stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Test signal strength before final placement.

Install power or batteries

Charge batteries, insert batteries correctly, or connect approved power adapters before pairing the device.

Pair with the app

Follow the product’s app pairing steps, name the device clearly, and test alerts before relying on the setup.

Basic Setup Checklist

  • Confirm the product is compatible with your door, wall, room, or Wi-Fi setup.
  • Read the included product manual before mounting or pairing.
  • Use renter-friendly mounting when drilling is not allowed.
  • Test alerts, video, lock access, or sensor triggers after setup.
